Explore MoreIndustrial & Commercial Waterproofing Solutions
Our range of polyaspartic polyurea waterproofing solutions is designed for residential and commercial surface protection projects across Australia and New Zealand, delivering a higher quality alternative to traditional or generic waterproofing systems.
Unlike conventional waterproofing membranes and coatings, our range of polyaspartic polyurea systems is formulated to resist UV exposure, chemicals, moisture, and abrasion, while maintaining colour stability over prolonged use.
Suitable for both interior and exterior applications, polyaspartic polyurea waterproofing offers a low-maintenance, durable finish ideal for concrete floors, metal surfaces, industrial facilities, commercial spaces, and a range of other high-exposure environments requiring long-term waterproofing protection.
What Is Polyaspartic Polyurea Waterproofing?
Polyaspartic polyurea waterproofing is a fast-curing, seamless liquid-applied membrane that bonds fully to the substrate and flexes with movement. It forms a continuous, joint-free barrier that resists water, UV, chemicals, and abrasion.
Unlike conventional methods, polyaspartic polyurea cures within hours rather than days and offers a far higher elongation rate (typically 300–500%), allowing it to stretch and contract with building movement without cracking.
This makes polyaspartic polyurea waterproofing exceptionally suitable for roofs, balconies, wet areas, and concrete floors prone to thermal expansion, vibration, and substrate movement.
Benefits of Polyaspartic Polyurea Coatings
For projects requiring long-lasting protection, polyaspartic polyurea coatings are highly suitable, offering the following benefits:
- High elongation rate
- High crack-bridging capability
- Self-healing properties
- UV and yellowing resistance
- Potable-water safe
- Rapid cure time
